I was 40 years old and stong on the weights, but unbalanced, especially in my core. Could put up a fairly decent 2 mile run time, but would never run any further. Had a horrible diet, fairly high body fat% that went along with it. After 10 weeks training under Cj's guidance, I was running 4-5 miles on my scheduled days. Cj blanaced out me strength, and I became more flexible. Cj helped me get my bodyfat down to almost single digits and I gained 7-8 lbs of muscle. I can honestly say that after those 10 weeks with Cj, I was in the best overall shape of my life at 41 yers old.
